Jim was trained at the Loretta Paganini School of Cooking in Chester Township as well as at numerous restaurants in Cleveland. Jim currently teaches Wellness Cooking Classes for Wellness IG throughout Cuyahoga and Lorain Counties. Jim is a six time winner of the Best Entrée at the Annual Real Men Cook Foundraiser for the Women’s Alliance for Recovery Services.
